It's a story of an adult who learned a lesson about the importance of working through developmental trauma - the lesson being that what we repeat what we don't work through. In this case, a certain kind of food got thrown at a wall and therapy ensued.
We do provide in-person home-visiting services in Kitsap County and in our office in Bremerton. Some home visiting services may be available in neighboring counties (Pierce, Mason). We can also provide services virtually.
Yes! We can provide parent coaching in your home, in the community, or via telehealth.
Yes! We are in network with most commercial plans, as well as all Medicaid MCOs and TriWest.
For ABC sessions - even though the ABC coaching program is fully free, we start with a clinical intake so we can really understand what’s going on and make sure we aren’t overlooking anything that could help you. That intake is billed like a regular therapy visit, so depending on your insurance there could be a small copay. We always talk that through beforehand so there are no surprises.
Fees depend on the service provided. Here is our fee structure (updated October 31, 2025):
Individual Therapy: $150/hour, $125/45 minutes, $100/30 minutes
Family Therapy: $175/hour
Intake: $200
Therapy Groups: $75/session
Non-clinical groups: varies, typically $50-100/session
Collaborative Child Specialist: $200/hour
ABC Parent Coaching: FREE for Kitsap County residents. Can be billed to insurance. Fee for private pay outside of Kitsap is $150/hour.
