Beginning in August 2025, I will be offering clinical supervision to associate-level social workers in Washington State. Supervision is available at the following rates:
$150/hour for individual supervision
$75/hour for dyadic supervision
Rates are negotiable for supervisees experiencing financial hardship.
I am especially interested in working with supervisees who are passionate about infant and early childhood mental health or family-centered clinical work. These areas are at the heart of my practice, and I am excited to support others who want to deepen their work in these fields.
I approach supervision through a trauma-informed and developmental lens. That means we’ll hold space not just for clinical skills and theory, but also for your lived experience as a developing clinician. The early years of practice are often intense. We encounter complex trauma, broken systems, and deeply vulnerable moments. It’s common to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or alone.
My goal is to co-create a supervisory relationship where you feel safe, supported, and respected, so you can explore your growing edges with honesty and care. We'll attend to your development as a whole person, not just as a clinician - honoring your values, your voice, and your capacity to show up authentically for your clients.
Supervision with me is:
Relational – built on trust, mutual respect, and collaboration
Strengths-based – helping you recognize and grow what’s already working
Reflective – allowing time and space to think deeply, ask questions, and process the emotional impact of the work
Grounded in sustainability – focused on helping you build a practice that supports your wellbeing, not just your skillset
If you’re seeking a supervision space that supports both your clinical growth and your human experience in this work, I’d love to hear from you.
